As you review the data points candidates currently provide us with, please consider which candidates you would like us to send a nudge email to in order to enable you to create a dynamic board. Please let us know if there are skills, experience or perspectives that you are interested in but that aren’t listed here, as we are constantly re-evaluating our data points.

We only use information about protected characteristics (age, ethnicity, gender, sexuality) to help boards address under-representation. We don’t shy away from conversations about these characteristics so please do let us know if you are interested in encouraging applicants from those who you know would improve the mix on your board.
